About Me

I’m currently the Communications Director at Philanthropy Northwest, where we promote, facilitate and drive collaboration by philanthropic organizations to build stronger communities in our region.

I serve on the board of Netcentric Campaigns.

From 1995 until 2011, I was a Senior Strategist at Groundwire (formerly ONE/Northwest), where I helped nonprofit environmental organizations with engagement strategy and technology systems. From 2011-2013, I was a graduate student at the Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington, where I earned a Masters of Public Administration. In 2013, I also worked at ActionSprout as Director of Strategy.

I get excited about engagement strategy, collaboration, open data, performance measurement, effective leadership, good writing, and grassroots organizing that builds power.
