This is very scary. Obviously, all the facts aren’t available, but the FBI has jailed an Oregon computer programmer, a US Citizen, as “material witness” in a sealed terrorism investigation. Apprently he and his wife made some donations to an Islamic charity that later came under suspicion.

The really scary thing is that our government is disappearing US Citizens without any due process whatsoever. Here’s the news story from the SF Gate.
