I’m wanting a solid Windows IRC client. mIRC seems like the big player, but it’s just not very polished. The IRC module of GAIM is also pretty clunky. Is there something obviously great that I’m overlooking?

A little late but — I’ve been using ChatZilla. Not high on the polish but it works well and is pretty easy.
