		<description>&lt;p&gt;Having attending 2 sprints, I will add that these have been some of the single most important education opportunities for me as a Plone integrator.  I always leave wishing I had had more opportunity to prepare in advance (helping plan for the conference, left me slightly less prepared for the Seattle sprint :), but still completely exploding with newfound knowledge.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Your summary is great.  I would only point out the following for another theoretical approach to what is ultimately a fluid and hard to document event:
