Thanks to the WebLion team at Penn State University for releasing CSSManager. CSSManager is an add-on Product for Plone that lets you customize the site logo and various properties of your theme like colors, fonts, etc. through a simple, user-friendly web interface. No CSS knowledge is required, nor any mucking about in the ZMI.
Plone “approachability” just took a big step forward. 
I agree. Add this to the way to edit the footer through Plone: http://plone.org/documentation/how-to/how-to-edit-zpt-content-through-plone/
and you start to get a real system for creating new web sites quickly. Now someone needs to put these two things together, add a header editor, couple of layout options with pixel/percentage inputs and some other minor through Plone customizations and people will have a reason to flock to Plone finally. (uh, ok, with a simple hosting solutions available too). Kudos to WebLion for the huge step forward.
