My dear friend Yoram Bauman, Ph.D., aka the “Stand-Up Economist” has just sent his first book to the printers!  The Cartoon Introduction to Economics is, as the name implies, an microeconomics textbook in the style of a graphic novel.  It’s now available for pre-order, shipping January 10th, and a bargain at just $12.21.

Yoram is brilliant, witty and has some transformational ideas about how microeconomics should be taught (short version: more game theory, less price theory).   I can’t wait to get my copy!
