If anyone can explain to me the theory of change behind Earth Hour, or how it actually builds power for the climate change movement, I’d love to hear it.
It is not intended to build power. It is, in the purest sense, an act of devotion.
The aim is to create a sense of shared stewardship through a simple act of devotion that may soften the ground for more “theory of change” informed actions.
